Shipping Policy
Delivery area: Qamaira currently delivers to all governorates in Kuwait.
Delivery time: Orders are delivered within 1–3 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Order confirmation: After you place your order, our team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your address and delivery time. Please make sure your phone number is correct; orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled.
Cash on Delivery (COD): You can pay in cash to the courier when your order arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready if possible.
Delivery charges: Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Failed delivery: If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the order may be returned and cancelled.
Inspection on delivery: Please check that the package is sealed and undamaged when you receive it. Report any problem to us within 24 hours.
