For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a confirmation call may be made before dispatch.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

The price charged will be the price at the time of order.
Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or events outside our control.
Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is handed over to the delivery partner.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Opened perfumes, beauty products, and intimate apparel are non-returnable.
For COD orders, refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and product listings on this website are owned by QAMAIRA.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our written permission.
