Order Processing

Orders are processed as soon as possible after confirmation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a confirmation call may be made before dispatch.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Kuwait: 1–2 working days
• UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman: 1–3 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Free shipping may be offered on selected orders and will be clearly shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (where available).

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
• Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be modified.
• For COD orders, cancellation after confirmation may result in return charges.
