1. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We may contact you by phone to confirm an order and may cancel orders that cannot be confirmed, contain pricing errors, or appear fraudulent.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is made by Cash on Delivery or any other method shown at checkout.
3. Delivery
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates, normally within 1–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by events outside our control. See our Shipping Policy.
4. Returns
Returns are handled according to our Returns & Refund Policy.
5. Product information
We try to describe products and show images accurately; colours and packaging may vary slightly. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label and patch-test cosmetic products before use. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or take medication.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Qamaira is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
